| Hi Rick, First let me start by saying that only one word comes to mind when I think of Emily’s Catering……. “AMAZING” You guys were great!!!! Anthony and I thank you so much for the great food and wonderful attention to detail at our wedding. Your staff was awesome, the food was delicious and kudos to the bartender on those marvelous Martini’s (everyone raved about them). My guests were so impressed with your food and staff I heard nothing but compliments. Rick, a very special THANKS to you. You have been great throughout the whole process and we are so fortunate to have found you. Thank you again for making our day run smoothly and making it so special. Hi Rick, I just wanted to drop you a note and personally thank you and your staff for such a great wedding for Ellen and Melinda. There were a lot of people and palates to please during this event, and you came through with flying colors. Even the most selective guests loved the menu and the cranberry/balsamic chicken was a huge hit. I know one of the guests commented to Ellen that “wedding food is never good, but this is really good!” Please pass my thanks on to David and the entire wait staff. They were friendly and courteous to the guests and kept the evening flowing well. As a fellow special events industry veteran, I thoroughly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to be flexible—with no drama! They made me feel at ease, which allowed me to enjoy the evening with family and friends. So thanks again—it was a great evening and party and hopefully we’ll have the chance to work together again.
